At The Rolling Cart, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated, high-quality wooden toys and sustainable products for children. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as received

The item must be in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

Items that are used, assembled, damaged due to misuse, or not in original condition are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Items marked Final Sale

Items showing signs of use, wear and tear, or damage not caused during transit

Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for returning the item.

Refunds & Store Credit

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, one of the following will apply:

Store Credit:

Issued for approved returns and valid for future purchases on therollingcart.com

Store credit will be shared via email and does not expire unless stated otherwise

Refund to Original Payment Method:

May be offered in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund after verification.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
